Delete your ApeDrive account

You can delete your account and associated data in the app. If you cannot access the app, send us a request by email.

In the app

Sign in to your ApeDrive account.
Open Profile → Delete account or Privacy Centre → Delete account.
Read the warning and confirm deletion. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@apedrive.eu from the address associated with your account and say that you want to delete your ApeDrive account. If you no longer have access to that address, contact us anyway; we will need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. Do not send your password or identity documents unless we arrange a secure way to verify your identity.

What happens to your data

Once deletion is processed, the account becomes inaccessible and personal account data, your profile, social connections, location and your content are deleted or anonymised. An anonymous technical profile record may remain to preserve other people’s conversations and shared trips. Some photos and files may need subsequent technical cleanup.

We may retain information required by law (such as transaction records) and proportionate security or diagnostic logs for the necessary period. If you also want a separate waitlist email removed, mention it in your request.
